Lucricia Woodside, a native of Miami, Florida, attended Miami Carol City Elementary, Middle, and Senior High schools. 

After graduating, she studied Marketing at Howard University.

Lucricia moved back to Miami and began to set roots in her community.

She opened several businesses: a print shop – Accurate Business Systems, a publishing company – Evergreen Publishing, a social media company – The Social Club, a photography company – Photos R Us, and a fundraising company – Every Penny Counts.

Lucricia mentors and teaches local children about the benefits of starting their own business.

“Just Like Me”  was written to make children understand that nothing holds them back from achieving their goals.
